Programme Details

Format

  • 10-month leadership journey
  • 120+ hours of advanced curriculum
  • Hybrid delivery: online sessions and immersive in-person residencies, beginning with a one-week residency in Kenya at the Institute for Development Studies, University of Nairobi.
  • Highly selective cohort of 25–30 participants from across Africa

Systems Leadership and Institutional Transformation:
Examining how complex organisations operate and how to guide reform across sectors and borders.

African Governance and Development:
Analysing policy trade-offs, constraints and pathways to sustainable development.

Economic Integration and AfCFTA:
Assessing implications of regional integration and Africa’s evolving economic architecture.

Ubuntu and African Knowledge Systems:
Applying African philosophical traditions to contemporary governance.

Collective Intelligence and Collaborative Leadership:
Building collaboration through dialogue, peer exchange and joint problem-solving.

Economic Peace and Responsible Development:
Exploring how economic cooperation supports stability and long-term development.

Fee

Participation requires a programme fee of €8000.
